The Multiple Generation Workforce Session & Panel Discussion

Accomodations: Refreshments will be provided.  Parking will be reserved in the west lot located behind the building.

There will be a drawing for an iPod at the end of the event. Remember to bring your business card to enter in the drawing!

About the Presentation
"The ABC's of Managing Multiple Generations" presented by Rose Arant is an interactive session that discusses various aspects of the four generations who are currently part of the workforce. Topics covered include looking at who the generations are, why they are different, how they are different, what motivates them, and what they have in common. 

Multiple Generation Panel Discussion
A panel discussion will take place following the presentation. Candid questions will be asked of the multi-generational panel regarding their views of the workplace. The audience will also be encouraged to ask the panelists questions.
